Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, 16th October 2026 – Airtel Money Tanzania has announced an upgrade to its mobile money platform to deliver faster transaction processing, greater stability, enhanced security and a smoother customer experience.
The upgrade will take place from 22:00 EAT on Saturday 17 October to approximately 08:00 EAT on Sunday 18 October 2026. Some Airtel Money services may be temporarily unavailable during this period.
