The Managing Director of Puma Energy Tanzania, Fatma Abdallah, delivered a keynote presentation to Board Chairpersons and Chief Executives of Public Institutions.

In her address, Abdallah urged State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) to move away from bureaucracy and adopt modern, innovative practices that streamline operations and accelerate the delivery of essential services to citizens. She underscored the importance of building a strong framework anchored on good governance, transparency, effective use of data, sustainable business practices, and clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and improve outcomes.
Highlighting Puma Energy Tanzania’s own journey, Abdallah noted that the company continues to record positive results through its five-pillar framework focused on strong leadership, policy reforms, digital infrastructure, an agile workforce, and a results-driven performance culture.
