Executive Head of Central Region at Vodacom Tanzania, Chiha Nchimbi (center), explains the Afya Mkopo service to Deputy Minister for Health, Dr. Florence Samizi, during her visit to the Afya Mkopo booth at the ongoing Private Health Sector Stakeholders Conference in Dodoma.
Afya Mkopo is a financing solution made possible through a partnership between Vodacom Tanzania Plc and PharmAccess Foundation, via the Medical Credit Fund. The service is designed to provide accessible and affordable loans to private healthcare providers.
Through the LIPA NAMBA system, healthcare providers can quickly and conveniently access financing on flexible terms, enabling them to expand services, upgrade infrastructure, and grow their operations.
