The Chief Executive Officer of SanlamAllianz Life Insurance, Julius Magabe, speaking to journalists during the launch of Salama Plan, a new product aimed at serving retirees and those approaching retirement by ensuring a reliable source of income. The event took place on April 23, 2026, at Serena Hotel in Dar es Salaam.
Julius Magabe, CEO of SanlamAllianz Life Insurance, officially launched the new product, Salama Plan, which is designed to serve retirees and individuals nearing retirement from the private sector, public sector, as well as entrepreneurs, to help them secure a steady income after retirement.
Speaking to journalists during the launch, Magabe explained that the plan is intended to reduce income-related concerns among retirees. The event was also attended by SanlamAllianz Tanzania’s Commercial Director, Kyenekiki Kyando, and Head of Actuarial, Mary Murya.
